Lights Cameras Lufkin: A community drive to attempt to reduce crime in our Ward by making sure that areas that are in need of more lighting and visibility from bushes and trash are cleared and safe. ​

Safety for Seniors: To connect with the aging population to ensure that they have access to smoke detectors in their homes for fire safety.

Neighborhood Advisory Councils: To reestablish open communications within the Ward by creating a NAC for Ward 1 that will allow residents the opportunity to come together quarterly to discuss the concerns for the Ward. ​

National Night Out: To host a coordinated event for the City of Lufkin hosted by all of the Wards for the entire city. National Night Out is an event celebrated nationally the first Tuesday in August of each year.
